Add some changes to CHANGES.

Steps to reproduce: * Suddenly realize there is a CHANGES.rst file * Immediately forget 90% of the things you've done to the repo since it was started. * Begin to question whether you really made those changes in the first place. * Existential angst. Repeat previous step as needed. * Quickly scribble down anything you can think of and call it a day.
